A Relay Team- 1st in 200 Free and 200 Medley

From threading needles to making sure the button stays secure, everyone practiced their sewing skills and is now ready to fix those pesky loose buttons on their clothes! We are thankful that CMS students are learning real-life skills that will last a lifetime!

Bryson Fleeman was chosen as CHS November Student of the Month but couldn’t attend the BOE meeting because of his prior commitment to football practice, so we took the celebration to him on the field! 🏈
A dedicated student and athlete, Bryson excels in academics, attendance, and behavior. He’s a key player on the CHS football team, helping set a school record with over 650 yards of offense last Friday. Bryson is known for his strong work ethic, leadership by example, and dedication to both his team and studies.

Student leaders from the CMS Beta Club and Fellowship of Christian Athletes planted this year’s Field of Flags to honor our veterans for Veterans Day 2024. Each flag represents a veteran, as recognized by their loved ones.
Marvin, a Vietnam War medic, stopped by to see the display and shared his powerful story. He spoke about the challenges of saving lives during the war and returning home to face protests and disrespect. Despite this, he was deeply grateful for the Field of Flags. Marvin plans to send pictures of the display to everyone he served with, saying, “The flags mean so much to me and all veterans. Thank you for remembering us on this special day.” It’s an honor to share in this meaningful tribute to our veterans.
