The Welding Simulator/Industrial Maintenance Trailer was back at CHS today!

Inspired to Make a Difference!
Today, CMS students Gabe Tidwell and Nelson Ascencio showed how powerful literature can be. After reading A Long Walk to Water in Mrs. Sparksā class and learning about Africa in Coach Flintās class, they were inspired to take actionāraising money to build a well in South Sudan! Students and staff also gathered today to learn about the water crisis in South Sudan, how limited access to water impacts communities, and ways to team up to create change.
Starting tomorrow, CMS will sell Icee-pops for 50 cents each at lunch for 12 days to support the Water for South Sudan Iron Giraffe Challenge. Their goal is to raise $1,000 by April 18th to support clean water efforts.
