Present one of the following:

Current lease/rental agreement (with start/end dates and signatures); A proper rental lease agreement is a formal contract between a landlord (or property owner) and a tenant. It details the terms and conditions for the tenant to live in the rental property, including rent payments, duration of stay, security deposit and more.
Current residential property tax statement or bill
Current warranty or quitclaim deed
Current home purchase agreement
Current gas bill
Current water bill
Current electric bill

Current is defined as last 30 days

Service address must be clearly marked with homeowner’s name listed
Must include address

A telephone/cable bill is not acceptable.

If the student’s family is residing in the home or apartment of another individual, the following is necessary for enrollment:

Multi-Family Residence Form with the following: (This form must be notarized.)

Copy of the homeowner's or lessee's picture id
Signature of the homeowner or lessee with whom the family is living,
Signature of parent/legal guardian of the student, and
Apartment manager’s signature, if applicable.

Proof of Residency from the person with whom family is living (see Proof of Residency section for required document)

One piece of business mail in the parent/legal guardian’s name with the address of the home or apartment in which the student is residing.

Out of District tuition is paid through the Parent Portal in the Fees section and is available for payment starting on the first day of school. Tuition must be paid in full within the first 10 days of school and is non-refundable.
