2026 Summer Meals Information

Commerce City Schools Nutrition is excited to offer Summer Meals at no cost to our community. All Children are eligible, and encouraged, to participate. Additional information can be found at the links below.

SY 26-27 Community Eligibility

Commerce City Schools is pleased again to offer quality school meals to all children in grades PreK - 8 through the Special Assistance Alternative Community Eligibility Provision. 

Meals will be provided at NO COST to students at the following schools:

  • Commerce Primary School

  • Commerce Elementary School

  • Commerce Middle School

SY 26-27 Free and Reduced Meals (CHS ONLY):

The online application can be found on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

Additional Free and Reduced Meals Information:

  • All households with a student at CHS are encouraged to fill out the new Free and Reduced Meals Application.

  • A new Application is needed for each new school year. Last year’s eligibility will only roll over for the first 30 days of school.

  • Students who qualify for Reduced Price meals will eat free again this year thanks to funding provided in the Fiscal Year 2027 State Budget.

  • Certain students are Directly Certified for Free Meals. These include:

    •  All children in households receiving benefits from SNAP or TANF.

    • Foster children who are under the legal responsibility of a foster care agency or court.

    • Children who meet the definition of homeless, runaway, or migrant.

Civil Rights

Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g., Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language, etc.) should contact the State or local Agency that administers the program or contact USDA through the Telecommunications Relay Service at 711 (voice and TTY). Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992.
