Parent Involvement Coordinator - (Grades PreK- 12)

This position provides assistance to parents in understanding such topics as the state standards; provides materials and training to help work with their children to improve their children's achievement; educates teachers, with the assistance of parents, in the value and utility of contributions of parents; coordinates and integrates parent involvement programs and activities; and ensures that information related to school and parent programs, meetings and other activities is sent to parents in a format, to the extent practicable, in a language the parents can understand.

Requirements -
Associate or Bachelor Degree (preferred)
Paraprofessional certificate (valid)
Bilingual (preferred)
